What makes your matcha so special?

  • Our matcha comes from a select, family-run tea farm in the Uji region of Japan , renowned for its exceptional quality. The leaves are shaded, hand-harvested, and gently stone-ground to produce a particularly aromatic, fresh, and vibrant green powder.

  • We only curate matcha that meets our standards for taste, color, purity and texture – and is of course EU organic certified .

  • With Func Matcha, we bring authentic Japanese tea culture to Berlin and combine it with a modern lifestyle: clear aesthetics, conscious enjoyment and uncompromising quality.

Does your matcha contain any additives?

  • No. Our matcha consists of 100% pure, stone-ground green tea – without sugar, flavorings, colorings or other additives.

  • The intense color, full aroma and fine texture are solely due to the quality of the leaves, the traditional cultivation and the gentle processing on our tea farm in Uji.

Which shipping company do you use?

We ship with DHL & DPD.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Germany.

How can I return products from my order? Is the return free?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Func Matcha.

You can return unopened and undamaged goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refund: Purchase price + original shipping costs
  • Return shipping: The customer bears the costs for the return shipment (unless otherwise communicated).

Simply send us a short message to info@funcmatcha.com and we will send you all the necessary information for the return.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Of course, that shouldn't happen!

Please send us an email to info@funcmatcha.com within 48 hours of receipt with:

  1. your order number
  2. a brief note about what is damaged
  3. Photos of the packaging and the product

We will immediately arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
