Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KUPE UG, Kopischstraße 1, 10965 Berlin, Germany, email: info@funcmatcha.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods & Return Costs

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

  • Sealed food products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
    This applies in particular to our matcha products. Opened or unsealed matcha packaging cannot be returned.

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us straight away at info@funcmatcha.com if the item:

  • is defective or damaged, or

  • you have received the wrong item.

We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange.
If you would like a different item, please withdraw from your original order and place a new order.
